The Associate Director will lead the Management Office Operations, driving efficient processes and collaborating with SMEs to develop audit technology roadmaps. They will oversee daily workflows, track project progress, and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders and teams. The role requires promoting the KPMG Digital Audit strategy, supporting global lead partners, and driving continuous innovation through feedback from top-tier engagements.
Requirements
- Design and implement efficient processes to support team objectives
- Oversee daily workflows and ensure timely support for proposal teams responding to priority RFPs
- Collaborate with SMEs to develop audit technology roadmaps and adoption strategies
- Facilitate communication across global audit stakeholders and engagement teams
- Ensure deliverables are complete, accurate, and purposeful
- Proactively resolve issues and drive continuous operational improvements
- Track project progress and lead operational meetings
- Engage with stakeholders and leadership to share updates
- Prepare and distribute progress and KPI reports to KPMGI leaders
- Maintain productive relationships with KGSG Audit product leaders, Member firm audit, innovation, and pursuit teams, Marketing and sales representatives, Regional Deployment Managers, and KGSG Audit Communications
- Participate in team meetings and workshops
- Provide feedback on performance and goals
- Attend internal and external events to stay informed on audit trends and best practices
