Director – Service delivery role leading large complex engagements or multiple mid-sized independent engagements in financial services operations environment, with sound knowledge and experience in AML compliance and KYC CDD review/refresh and new client onboarding.

• Leadership and management experience
• Knowledge of AML compliance and KYC CDD review/refresh
• Experience in financial services operations environment
• Ability to engage and communicate with clients, onshore stakeholders, engagement teams and KGS Management
• Good people management skills and experience
• Ability to build and maintain internal networks
