Director - KYC AML

Role Overview

Lead large complex engagements or multiple mid-sized independent engagements in financial services operations environment. Manage a team of ~500+ people in the delivery of services across multiple clients. Build an understanding of various technology platforms used to support client delivery.

What You Will Do

Lead & manage processes for the client, maintain day to day client relationship activities, build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and maintain Service Levels of the team.

Requirements

• Demonstrated track record of having successfully led large teams in an operation environment
