The role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and controlled movement of software releases from Development to Production, while adhering to established governance, compliance, and process standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications
- Bachelorâs degree from an accredited college or university
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM/workflow management tools
- Familiarity with application deployments through DevOps pipelines and automation frameworks
- Experience across the full project lifecycle, including planning, application implementation, and development of operational support procedures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated strength in troubleshooting, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Proven problem-solving skills, sound independent judgment, and a customer-focused mindset
