Salseforce- QA Engineer (CON)

This Salesforce QA Engineer role focuses on testing the Salesforce system, specifically for CRM, Data Cloud, and Sales Cloud. The role involves implementing and maintaining Salesforce sales and service solutions, integrating systems, analyzing data, and managing User Roles. The position requires strong functional expertise in Salesforce testing and a solid understanding of Salesforce's standard and custom objects.

Requirements

• Strong experience in testing CRM Salesforce system with strong functional expertise.
• Experience in testing Sales force Data Cloud for Student Recruitment and Marketing Workstream.
• Knowledge on Salesforce various Standard and Custom Objects such as Campaign, Lead, Opportunity, Contacts and Accounts.
• Experience in Salesforce Integration testing with multiple Cloud Systems such as ERP or Procurement applications.
• Analyze and Create Dashboards and Reports in Salesforce as per business requirements.
• Manage User Roles and their permission sets and have a good knowledge on Salesforce Set up Management.
• Translate business requirements into functional solutions and will be responsible for the full application architecture process.
