Job Description
The ServiceNow GDN Consultant is responsible for developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond. Responsibilities include developing ITSM & other modules, supporting other developers, and working with the global ServiceNow team.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow tool
- Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines
- Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development experience
- Knowledge in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, etc.)
- ServiceNow upgrade hands-on
- Very good knowledge of the ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM process
