Job Description
This Senior ServiceNow Consultant role requires someone with experience in dynamic environments and prior working experience with ServiceNow. The role involves developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, supporting other developers, and implementing ServiceNow modules. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as well as a commitment to best development practices and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow tool
- Strong ServiceNow implementation or development experience (minimum 3 full cycle implementations)
- Knowledge of Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, etc.)
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development experience
- Writing Unit test cases
- Knowledge in Web Technologies
- ServiceNow upgrade skills
- Knowledge in ITM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM process
