Job Description
This Senior ServiceNow consultant is responsible for developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet IT department and broader business needs. They will work with integration services (REST API/Webservice/JSON), developing ITSM modules (GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM), and leading the implementation process for ServiceNow platform integrations and upgrades. Experience with Web Technologies is essential.
Requirements
- Experience in ServiceNow tool development.
- REST API / webservice / JSON proficiency.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience (3 full cycle implementations).
- Knowledge of Web Technologies (XML, HTML, Java Script).
