Job Description
The ServiceNow Consultant will develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond. Key responsibilities include developing ITSM and other modules, following best development practices, and supporting other developers.
Requirements
- Development of ITSM & other modules (GRC, SECOPS, ITAM, ITOM) in ServiceNow Platform
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow experience (either support or development)
- Very good knowledge of the GRC, SECOPS, ITAM, ITOM process
- Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
