Manager / Senior Manager / Associate Director - Transaction Services

KPMG New Zealand is seeking a Manager, Senior Manager, or Associate Director to join its Transaction Services team, where you will get exposure to high-profile transactions and a variety of work. The role contributes to the growth of the business through new business opportunities, building relationships, and promoting KPMG services.

Requirements

• Prior work experience, preferably in transaction diligence or M&A transactions
• Chartered accountant or similar level finance/business related qualification
• Excellent report writing and verbal communication skills
• A passion for developing commercial solutions for complex economic, social, and business objectives
• Previous experience in staff management and leadership
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative approach to achieving goals
