Senior Business Analyst - 12 month FTC

The Senior Business Analyst is accountable for supporting strategic business change and delivering measurable value across a diverse portfolio of projects and initiatives. The role requires critical thinking, analytical rigour, and effective collaboration to ensure that proposed solutions are aligned with organisational priorities and translate into tangible outcomes that enhance operational performance and enable sustainable growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
• Expertly analyse and model complex business processes and identify strategic improvements.
• Skilled in analytical thinking and creative problem-solving to deliver impactful results.
• Deep understanding of software development and technology implementation where knowledge of Azure, Power Platform, Jira, DevOps, ServiceNow and SQL is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills enabling the building of lasting relationships with stakeholders.
