Requirements

• Qualified CA
• 0-5 years of experience in direct tax advisory with focus on M&A
• Knowledge of Corporate tax regulations related to M&A, Exchange Control Regulations, SEBI Regulations, stamp duty regulations
• Strong analytical ability
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Client relationship management
• Commercial awareness
