Job Description
We are looking for an Azure Data Engineer - Manager to work on a variety of projects in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. The person will be responsible for software development activities of KPMG, India, including designing, implementing, and managing data solutions on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
Requirements
- Design, implement, and manage data solutions on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, ensuring efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes using Azure Data Factory
- Work with various Azure data storage solutions like Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake Storage, and Azure Cosmos DB
- Utilize big data technologies such as Azure Databricks and Apache Spark to handle and analyze large datasets
- Design and optimize data models and architectures to meet business requirements
- Monitor and optimize the performance of data systems and pipelines
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making
- Ensure data solutions comply with security and regulatory requirements
