Manager - Internal Audit

KPMG in India is seeking a Manager - Internal Audit to lead multiple projects on process consulting, internal audit, risk consulting, and other solutions. The role involves project execution, team management, business development, and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in at least one of the key solutions of GRCS
• Prior experience in client-facing/account management roles
• Exposure to business development in consulting (Pre-sales support, proposals, RFP responses)
• Strong domain knowledge, understanding of business processes, and possible risks in operations of at least two industry sectors
• Experience in process consulting/internal audit/risk consulting at a project manager/project lead level role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Consistent display of leadership skills
• Ability to work well in teams
• Ability to work under pressure – stringent deadlines and tough client conditions which may demand extended working hours
• Willingness to travel within India or abroad for continuous long periods of time
