(Senior) Manager:in Deals & Strategy - M&A

We are seeking a (Senior) Manager:in to join our Deals and Strategy team in Vienna, Austria. As a (Senior) Manager:in, you will be responsible for leading complex transactions and projects, working closely with a cross-functional team across locations in Linz and Vienna.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in M&A, transactional advice, preferably at a consulting firm, M&A or corporate finance department of a conglomerate or bank
• In-depth experience in leading (international) M&A projects and managing teams
• Strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and ability to successfully manage complex M&A processes in an international context
• Successful completion of a business-oriented study with corresponding specialization, such as M&A, corporate finance, corporate development, corporate management, controlling, accounting, or abroad experience
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, as well as fluent German and English skills
