Associate Director, Engineering

The Associate Director, Engineering role is a leadership position responsible for managing the engineering workstream on large, strategic capital projects. The role involves working cross-functionally with various teams to identify, prioritize, and include capital projects in strategic plans. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering, project management, and technical leadership in a regulated industry, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at both site and enterprise levels.

Requirements

• PMP certification
• Prior people management experience with demonstrated success in performance management and development
• Prior experience managing multiple-site capital portfolios
• A minimum of 10 years' experience in engineering, project management, and/or technical leadership in a regulated industry
