The Foodservice Commercial Culinary Activation Lead will work within the Global AFH Capabilities Team to ensure alignment of strategic agendas between AFH culinary and commercial teams globally. The role involves establishing consistent KPIs to measure results delivered by KH culinary teams and ensuring the execution of the chef-led model with excellence and consistency globally.
Requirements
- Strong sales experience across multiple channels
- Experience understanding how to create value for commercial partners and build mutually beneficial joint value plans
- Communication skills to listen, understand and influence key stakeholders internally and externally
- Skills to identify and execute best in class ways of working across large multi-functional global teams
- Strong understanding of financials, budgets and P&Ls
- Ability to identify and track KPIs
