The Global Food Safety & Quality Transformation Lead is responsible for defining and driving the digital transformation of Kraft Heinz’s global Quality Management System (QMS) ecosystem.
Requirements
- Leadership experience driving large-scale transformation initiatives within Food Safety, Quality, or Operations in a global CPG or FMCG organization.
- Proven experience leading enterprise digital transformation programs or product portfolios, ideally involving Quality Management Systems or compliance platforms.
- Deep knowledge of Food Safety and Quality processes, regulatory expectations, and governance frameworks within the food industry.
- Experience implementing or managing enterprise digital platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Siemens, Veeva, ETQ, or comparable QMS technologies.
- Strong expertise in digital product management, software lifecycle management, and agile delivery methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead global cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Strong financial and operational acumen, including investment planning, budgeting, and value realization for transformation initiatives.
- Proven success driving organizational change and adoption of new digital capabilities at scale.
