Maintenance Lead

Proactively manage a multi-disciplined shift team to maintain all assets within the Operational areas to optimise the utilisation of the equipment and to deliver maximum volume at the right quality.

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple engineering activities through to successful completion at the same time
• Good technical engineering knowledge of both Mechanical/Electrical and automation tasks to be able to make the correct decisions when activities are being undertaken
• Flexible, resilient and committed with a right first-time attitude
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Training and coaching capabilities
• Strong organizational and technical skills
• Ability to work with data and information
