Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Manager responsible for ensuring safe execution of maintenance and utility activities, maintaining facility and assets, and optimizing costs. Champions safety and promotes a safe work environment. Optimizes availability and safe operation of production assets through predictive and preventative maintenance. Coordinates major maintenance and project requirements with manufacturing production and engineering.

Requirements

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
• Knowledge of OSHA and other regulatory guidelines
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems
