Job Description
The R&D HR Intern is a 6-month internship that provides a learning experience for students. The intern will support the HR team through supervised coordination tasks and defined improvement projects. The role requires strong communication skills and fluency in English. EU students must be enrolled at a Dutch university for at least 50% of the duration, while non-EU students must be enrolled for the whole duration.
Requirements
- HR, Business Administration/ International Business, Psychology, Communication or related field Bachelor/Masters student.
- Knowledge on Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams/Outlook) is preferrable
- Knowledge on Workday is a plus
- Experiences with internship in Recruitment or HR is a plus
