Job Description
The Regional Sales Manager (CES Anatolia & Black Sea) will be responsible for managing distributors, executing sales plans, and driving growth in the Away from Home channel. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or related commercial functions, with a strong track record of delivering targets and leading teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- 5+ years of experience in Sales or related commercial functions
- Away from Home Key Accounts experience is preferable
- Track record in delivering targets
- Ability to motivate and develop people
