Job Description
Ensure regulatory compliance of finished products, formulas, packaging, labels, and ingredients, and be the point of contact for the POD team as a specialist in regulation of countries in South America.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in: Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Nutrition Science
- Previous experience in the food industry
- Previous experience with food legislation in South American countries
- Knowledge about product development, food ingredients, factory and commercial processes
- Advanced Spanish - constant contact with teams in Mexico, Costa Rica, and Chile
- Availability to act in a 12-month contract (TEMPORARY)
