Develop sales plans and execute them through selling, merchandising, shelving, and managing distribution in a specified territory, optimizing in-store environment to influence consumer purchasing behaviors and generate incremental sales.
Requirements
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Kraft's business and the food industry
- Develop leadership attributes in personal leadership, customer focus, drive for results, and executional excellence
- Utilize fact-based selling tools and market information to secure new product distribution, sell-in major seasonal promotions, and present cross-merchandising ideas
- Deliver sales and profit objectives in assigned territory, working with management to develop and execute annual business plans
- Provide feedback on shelving/merchandising programs and recommend course-correction actions
- Have a valid Driver's License and a favorable driving record
- Have strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal one on one with customers effectively
- Have strong drive for results and customer focus
- Have intermediate Computer Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Have ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Have ability to travel to retailers daily
