As a Senior Brand Manager, Innovation, you will help shape the future of the business by setting clear innovation-led brand strategy and translating it into scalable growth.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within FMCG or consumer-driven organizations
- Strong strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex insights into clear, actionable direction
- Proven experience leading innovation and renovation initiatives end-to-end
- Demonstrated leadership and influence across complex, matrixed, organizations
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, including experience with P&L drivers
- Comfort navigating ambiguity while driving structure, alignment, and results
- Collaborative, curious, and driven self-starter with strong storytelling and communication skills
