The Senior Manager, Global Ecommerce Market Capabilities Activation will lead the development of industry-leading eCommerce capabilities to unlock future consumer engagement and inspire consumers throughout their path-to-purchase. This role will identify impactful initiatives and refine strategic execution guidance for implementation, and provide recommendations to help unique markets execute in a way that is best for them.
Requirements
- Advanced experience with eCommerce specific functions, such as digital shelf, shopper insights, marketing analytics, sales, shopper marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in data analytics and comfort in using a variety of different and often disparate datasets and insights to answer business questions.
- Leadership skills to communicate clearly with partners of various levels on team asks, setting goals, and sharing results.
- Ability to work with multiple third-party vendors and agencies to work toward common goal.
- Ability to determine organizational impact of findings and recommend next steps.
- Strong communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in slightly ambiguous environment and pivot focus when needed.
