This is a technical leadership role providing direction for and execution of productivity projects across all businesses within Kraft Heinz North America. The candidate will be identifying, scoping, and driving technical projects to meet business initiatives.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3-6 years of experience Product Development and commercialization (which can include internships)
- Strong understanding of key subject matter in areas such as Ingredient Science, Food Chemistry, Processing, and Food Analysis.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and problem solving skills
- Ability to lead, coach and motivate others
- Manage multiple assignments/tasks concurrently with ability to prioritize work
- Willingness to travel 30%
