Requirements

• Learn about client environments and various technologies used therein
• Work on environments utilizing the full breadth of cloud and on premise technology used in the legal industry
• Work closely with infrastructure and networking equipment from vendors such as Microsoft, Broadcom, and Cisco
• Learn about our C.L.I.E.N.T. service pillars efforts and incorporate them into your ongoing work
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interest in technology and related college major
• Very organized and detail oriented, with a high degree of accuracy and follow up
• Strong problem solving and technical troubleshooting
• Some experience with Windows desktop or server operating systems
• Some experience with networking hardware and basics
