Intern Technical (MSP)

Work as an intern in a remote technical position at Kraft Kennedy, a multidisciplinary managed services provider firm. Learn about client environments, technologies, and cloud solutions in the legal industry, and work on tickets assigned by the on-duty dispatcher. Responsibilities include learning about our C.L.I.E.N.T. service pillars and incorporating them into ongoing work.

Requirements

• Rising Sophomore or Junior in college
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interest in technology and related college major
• Very organized and detail oriented, with a high degree of accuracy and follow up
• Strong problem solving and technical troubleshooting
• Some experience with Windows desktop or server operating systems is preferred
• Some experience with networking hardware and basics is preferred
