KRAFTON is looking for a 2-year contract Postdoctoral Researcher to understand the operating principles of LLMs and conduct research for performance improvement. The team focuses on developing gaming agents using Language Model-based Agent technology, automating and elevating business processes, and enabling game agents to understand and interact with the game environment, and interact with users.
Requirements
- Hold or be expected to hold a Ph.D. in AI, computer science, statistics, electrical and electronic engineering, or a related field
- Have experience with theoretical and empirical analysis or modeling research on large language models (LLMs)
- Understand the factors affecting LLM performance, including model architecture, learning algorithms, and optimization techniques
- Have research and experimental experience using Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, JAX, etc.)
- Have experience with quantitative analysis, including model performance evaluation, benchmark design, and experimental automation
- Be able to clearly document research results and communicate with various teams
