Senior Product Designer - Internal Tools

Kraken is seeking a Senior Product Designer to help shape the internal platforms, admin tools, and support experiences that power Kraken from the inside out.

Requirements

• 5+ years of end-to-end product design experience
• Strong UX and visual design skills
• Proficient with prototyping tools and techniques
• Comfortable owning high-impact features or projects end-to-end
• Open to feedback, quick to iterate, and genuinely curious about improving your craft
• Data-informed in your approach
• Strong communicator and organizer
• Solid grounding in human-centered design principles and research methods
• Confident presenting and defending design decisions to both design and non-design audiences
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools like Cursor, Claude, or Codex, and an eagerness to use them to move faster and think bigger
