Senior Client Delivery Lead

This role, Senior Client Delivery Lead, will be part of the client delivery team supporting North American clients through technology transformation journeys. You will manage a tech domain, work with technology and operational teams, and act as a link between the client and Kraken's development team, focusing on innovation and improvements. This is a hands-on position requiring travel and adaptation to an agile environment, committed to delivering tech based on simplicity and efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in a regulated utilities environment
• Strong agile delivery experience
• Experience of product management and customer journeys
• Solid understanding of technology and associated trends
• Excellent communications, collaboration and presentation skills
• Strong influencing skills and ability to challenge traditional ways of thinking
• Experience of working with significant complex delivery pipelines for clients
• Patience
• Consulting experience (plus)
• Regulatory compliance experience (plus)
