Requirements

• Aiding in the operations transformation of clients
• Leading Client Implementation projects in designing cultural programmes and executing their delivery
• Collaborating with the wider Kraken Technologies Implementation team and clients to develop and deliver a wider range of cultural transformation programmes
• Keeping track of project progress, escalating issues, and resolving blockers when they arise
• Delivering coaching and mentorship to clients as part of their operational transformation journeys
• Preparing and delivering workshop content for training groups and leadership development
