Job Description
Regional Customer Operations Specialist oversees order fulfilment, supply chain, and logistics operations for Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China markets, requiring logistical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain and/or Logistics
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Logistics
- Expertise in import-export customs regulations for Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China
- Analytical and multi-tasking skills
- Strong excel, power point and stock management skills
- Positive personality, mature, resourceful with ability to work under minimum supervision
- Experience with any ERP system
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
