Business Analyst

Role Overview

As a Business Analyst, you will drive smarter decisions and smoother operations across our business, acting as the link between strategy, data, and execution. You will work closely with leaders across the CEE Cluster and the wider Kramp Group to identify challenges, analyse data, and deliver actionable solutions that drive performance and growth.

You will conduct research and analyse trends to uncover valuable insights that support smarter business decisions, identify commercial opportunities, solve real business challenges, drive continuous improvement, lead and deliver projects, and build strong stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field
• 3 to 7 years of experience in a similar analytical or business-focused role
• Fluent in English and Polish or Czech or Hungarian or Romanian
• Experience in (strategy) consulting is a strong plus
• Proven ability to manage and engage stakeholders at different levels of the organization
• Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with tools like Tableau, SQL, or Power BI
• Excellent business insight, communication, and advisory skills
