Contracts Manager

Kranze Technology Solutions is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee the complete lifecycle of government contracts, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and company policies. The role serves as a key business partner to Program Management, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, and Engineering to support successful program execution and risk management.

Requirements

• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle
• Lead contract negotiations with U.S. Government agencies and prime contractors
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and other applicable regulations
• Review and analyze Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Quote (RFQs), and other contractual documents
• Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms, amendments, and change orders
• Serve as the primary contracts point of contact for assigned programs and customers
