At least 5 years of experience in the consulting environment in change management and organizational development (including project excerpt)
In-depth process knowledge (process analysis, take-up, optimization, and management) from administrative or production areas (process take-up, optimization, and process management) rounds off your professional profile
Comprehensive knowledge of transformation and digitalization topics
Excellent analytical skills
Customer orientation, communication strength, and confident appearance
Curiosity, enthusiasm, and high flexibility
Fluent German knowledge and knowledge of the English language on a "business level" are a must
