Senior Consultant (m/w/d) – Training & Teamentwicklung

As a senior consultant with a focus on training and team development, you will develop professional training, learning, and development formats for executives and teams, combining didactic quality with organizational understanding.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in consulting, training, or organizational development
• Sound didactic and methodological competence
• Secure handling of training, learning, and OE frameworks, as well as associated methods and tools
