Job Description
KRB Machinery is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as a key member of the executive leadership team of our 100% employee-owned company. This role offers the opportunity to shape financial strategy, support sustainable growth, and protect long-term employee-owner value.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Track record of driving strong financial performance
- Experience in manufacturing or closely related industries strongly preferred; international banking preferred
- M&A experience is a plus
- ESOP experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- MBA desirable; CPA preferred
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
