Requirements
- Strong systems background with an intuition for distributed systems
- Familiarity with Python, Kubernetes, Torch, and data tools like DuckDB, Arrow, etc.
- Experience with distributed training systems (NCCL, InfiniBand, RDMA), streaming and event processing systems (Kafka, Pulsar, or similar)
