Job Description
We are a BPO company providing comprehensive language solutions, seeking a full-time remote English-Spanish Experienced Medical Interpreter.
Requirements
- Medical, customer service, social services, and financial calls interpretation skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Remote interpretation experience in both languages is mandatory
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Relevant certification in medical interpretation or a related field
- HIPAA compliance
- Ethernet connection (must be connected directly to the router via cable); Wi-Fi is not allowed
- Noise-canceling microphone and USB headset. Only the following brands are accepted: Logitech H390, Jabra GN, Plantronics Blackwire C3220(Poly), and Microsoft Lifechat LX-6000
- Browser: Latest version of Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox
- Processor: i5 or higher, 6th generation or newer
- Camera: Minimum resolution of 1080p
- Full-time availability, 5 days a week (2 days off)
