Job Description
KRG Technologies Inc. is seeking a BI/DW Administrator to provide technical support and maintenance for various business intelligence and data warehousing tools. The ideal candidate will have experience with multiple BI tools, security management, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Experience with Cognos, Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica PowerExchange, Informatica DVO, Qlikview, Qlik Sense, Corticon Business Rules, IBM InfoSphere Information Server, InfoSphere Optim, IBM SPSS, IBM Atlas, IBM StoredIQ, and Webtrends
- Security management for applications
- Application backup and restore
- Reading application logs to troubleshoot problems
- Integration of alternative authentication providers
- Installation, upgrade, and maintenance of application components
- Troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to BI tools
- Monitoring and controlling server usage
- Creation and maintenance of system documentation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and execute on assigned deliverables
- Experience in managing and mentoring others
- Knowledge of ITIL practices
