Job Description
The Test Manager will be responsible for leading quality assurance initiatives and independent testing projects execution, with a focus on Bigdata, DW/BI testing experience.
Requirements
- At least 9 to 14 years of experience testing
- Bigdata, DW/BI testing experience (ETL, Cassandra, Spark)
- Excellent client facing skills
- Prior consulting experience an advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience with Automation tools (QTP, Selenium & perfecto tool)
- Experience with Performance Testing Tools (Load runner & Jmeter etc.)
- Hands on experience in strategize, plan, implement quality assurance initiatives
- Experience in running organization wide initiatives
- Experience in working with distributed teams
- Previous experience in managing people
- Flexibility to travel based on business requirement
