Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Finance Analyst with expertise in financial modeling to join one of Turkey's leading real estate investment trusts. This role involves developing and managing high-value properties and contributing to transformative financial developments within the industry.
Requirements
- University degree in engineering, economics, business administration, or related departments from reputable universities
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in financial modelling
- Experience in M&A, investor private placement, privatization, and financing deals
- Strong understanding of financial modelling and accountancy
- Excellent spreadsheet skills in Excel, and working knowledge of Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications.
- Fluent in English
