Corporate Finance Analyst

As part of Aperam Treasury and Corporate Finance team, the Corporate Finance Analyst participates in defining and implementing the company's financing strategy. The role focuses on financial debts, analyzing bank proposals, and identifying opportunities to minimize costs and optimize debt maturity profiles. The analyst also works on balance sheet structures of subsidiaries, manages intercompany financing facilities, and is involved in trade finance matters.

Requirements

• Participate in setting up the global strategy and policy for the Group's capital structure
• Manage group's internal and external financing processes and the management of credit facilities
• Prepare debt reporting and compliance
• Track global trade finance (guarantees) limits & exposures
• Assess and manage working capital solutions
• Proactively manage and prioritize inquiries from all counterparties
• Participate broadly to all corporate finance activities of the Group
• Follow closely financial markets to identify opportunities and risks
• Coordinate with tax department for tax framework and for transfer pricing rules applicable to internal funding allocations
• Work closely with the in-house bank cash management team and dealing room
• Implement and manage financing solutions in Aperam in-house bank core treasury management system
• Monitor and assess ESG related financing solutions and ESG embedded KPI's in coordination with Aperam sustainability team
