Job Description
Create a unique customer cheese experience, lead a team, and embody the company's core values. Develop and maintain a knowledgeable and efficient staff, ensure food safety, and control shrink and waste. Meet budgetary goals and supervise direct reports.
Requirements
- Create and maintain Murray’s Cheese experience
- Maintain knowledgeable, efficient and friendly staff
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
- Ensure staff adheres to food safety and sanitation procedures
- Place orders and maintain inventory
- Set up weekly in-store selling events
- Contribute to store goals for increasing sales and improving profitability
- Effectively control shrink and waste
- Control labor expenses through scheduling
- Meet and/or exceed budgetary goals
- Supervise and coach direct reports
- Provide support and assistance to customers
