Job Description
Create a unique customer cheese experience, maintain knowledgeable staff, and drive sales in a targeted manner. Demonstrate company core values and ensure staff adheres to policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Create and maintain the Murray's Cheese experience
- Maintain knowledgeable, efficient, friendly staff
- Ensure all Kroger and Murray's policies, operating standards, and procedures are communicated effectively
- Ensure that staff adheres to all Food Safety, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point, and Sanitation Procedures
- Place orders and maintain inventory
- Set up weekly in-store selling events
- Contribute to store goals for increasing sales and improving profit
- Effectively control shrink and waste
- Control labor expenses through appropriate scheduling
- Meet and/or exceed budgetary goals for the Murray's Cheese Shop
- Supervise and coach direct reports
