Responsible for creating a unique customer cheese experience, team leadership, and industry leading merchandising at a cheese shop. Work closely with Deli Merchandising and District Staff to create a welcoming environment and drive sales.

Requirements

• Maintain knowledgeable, efficient, friendly staff
• Ensure all Kroger and Murray's policies, operating standards, and procedures are communicated effectively
• Responsible for setting up weekly in store selling events
• Supervise and coach direct reports on the performance of their duties
