Job Description
Create a unique customer cheese experience, embodying food passion, cheese knowledge, interactive customer service, team leadership, and industry leading merchandising. Maintain knowledgeable and efficient staff, ensure policies and procedures are followed, and contribute to store goals for increasing sales and improving profit.
Requirements
- 3+ years of retail experience, preferably in a deli or cheese shop
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of cheese, wine, and gourmet foods
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
