- Manage the development of a proper fit standard
- Direct and establish seasonal development calendars
- Approve final technical packages
- Establish strategic sales plans
- Create budgets for development expenses
- Identify direct import opportunities
- Direct the management of non-disclosure agreements
- Develop sales/profitability reports
- Identify and drive creative merchandising solutions
- Support Apparel department development teams
- Oversee seasonal logistic performance reviews
- Travel to domestic and international markets
