Direct and oversee the development of processes and activities for the Apparel department, and assume accountability for the department's financial performance.

Requirements

• Supervise and coach direct reports
• Provide a global vision and strategy for Apparel products
• Manage the development of a proper fit standard
• Direct and establish seasonal development calendars
• Approve final technical packages
• Establish strategic sales plans
• Create budgets for development expenses
• Identify direct import opportunities
• Direct the management of non-disclosure agreements
• Develop sales/profitability reports
• Identify and drive creative merchandising solutions
• Support Apparel department development teams
• Oversee seasonal logistic performance reviews
• Travel to domestic and international markets
